BriarGate offers 40 single-occupant bedrooms. Each room has its own private mini-ensuite, containing a toilet and handbasin. Several feature ranchslider access to the spacious, decked internal court where residents can stretch their legs, enjoy fresh air and sunshine, and even smoke if they wish.

Pleasant communal facilities include a large, comfortable lounge/recreation room, sunny conservatory and dining room. The surrounding, tree-studded grounds afford space for private and group exercise.
