"I would like to thank Briargate for the wonderful way they continue to look after my mother. The staff members are always cheerful and friendly and helpful keeping track of errant scarves and gloves. They always make mother feel special and loved. The care givers are so warm and concerned, especially when she arrives in the morning with cold hands. The notice board is always full of activities and I have seen care givers playing cards and doing knitting with residents. Medically, Pam has given me excellent advice about wound care and any skin tears through falls at home have been expertly dressed by the experienced nursing staff. I am very fortunate that Briargate is nearby and a high caliber nursing home so I am less stressed because she is in capable and kind hands while I am working during the day."
